JOB DESCRIPTION

Fielder Capital, a fast-growing, fee-only advisory firm, seeks an experienced CFP® professional to help lead and execute creative planning for our clients. This is a true planning position, NOT a sales position. As the in-house subject matter expert, you would create and help present innovative planning solutions to our existing clients. Working closely with our Chief Investment Officer, you would help design and implement clients’ Investment Policies. You would work alongside our tight-knit team from our office located in a new luxury building in Nashville’s bustling Gulch area. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently living in the Nashville metro area

• A bachelor’s degree

• CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® in good standing with the CFP Board of Standards

• 5+ years of relevant experience; history of working well independently and within teams

• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical/problem-solving skills

• Strong skills in Excel and an ability to learn multiple software solutions

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in written and oral form

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (but not required)

• CPA, CFA, or MBA an added plus (but must have CFP)

• Proficiency in Orion, Advizr, eMoney, or Factset a plus
