JOB DESCRIPTION
Wanted: A Detail-Oriented Self-Starter

Required: A Tech-Curious Innovator

Needed: A Process-Driven Problem Solver

Fielder Capital Group is a Nashville-based independent wealth management firm seeking a sharp, motivated professional to join our close-knit team. We operate in an industry that is evolving quickly, from the way private investments are structured and administered to the way we use technology to serve clients. We are always looking for people who want to be part of that evolution. This is not a role where you clock in, check boxes, and clock out. It is a role where you will see around corners, spot opportunities to improve, and be recognized for it. You will work alongside a collaborative team from our office in Nashville’s Gulch and receive competitive compensation, health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and real opportunities to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Alternative Investments & Tax Documentation
Serve as the operational point of contact for all private investment activity: coordinating new investments, capital calls, distributions, and ad hoc fund requests with internal team members and external fund administrators.
Manage the end-to-end execution of subscription documents for new private investments and redemptions for existing ones.
Collect and distribute tax documents from custodians and fund administrators, coordinating delivery to clients and CPAs in a timely, organized manner.
Ensure data integrity across related reports and dashboards.
Operations
Embrace a flexible, growth mindset that facilitates personal development and ownership over more aspects of the firm's operations over time.
Identify opportunities to improve how we work, whether that means building a better tracking spreadsheet, documenting a process that lives only in someone’s head, or reorganizing people and technology more effectively.
Bring intellectual curiosity to your work: we actively use AI and data tools to work smarter and expect team members to embrace and contribute to operational efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

Presently residing in or near Nashville, TN.

A bachelor's degree.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
Strong communication skills in written and oral form.
A desire to learn about the processes associated with private investments and the investment advisory industry more broadly.
Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in a business setting.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
A history of working well independently and within teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

If you are interested in interviewing for this role, please send a resume along with a cover letter to info@fieldercapital.com. We will not respond to solicitations from recruiters.
