RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Serve as the primary point of contact for our high-net worth clients, ensuring every touch point reflects the firm’s high standards.

 

Manage client onboarding end-to-end, including account opening, custodian paperwork, and scheduled check-ins with the client.

 

Execute client service tasks such as money movement/wire transfers, private fund subscriptions, and capital call funding, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.

 

Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings, including performance reports, financial planning summaries, and agenda documents.

 

Serve as a subject matter expert for internal systems and help train future team members.

 

Maintain and organize client records in CRM.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

 

​Presently residing in or near Nashville, TN

 

3+ years of experience in an RIA, family office, or broker-dealer

 

A bachelor’s degree

 

Service-minded; enjoys working with and helping people

 

Strong sense of urgency and diligence in following up 

​

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

 

Superior written and verbal communication skills

 

Deep discretion and professionalism in handling financial and personal information

 

Genuine passion for client service and a team-first attitude

 

Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
