JOB DESCRIPTION
Fielder Capital seeks an experienced professional to join its growing operations team. Your responsibilities would include the diligent execution and enhancement of procedures and systems in key areas of operations, such as trading, reporting, billing, compliance, IT, and vendor management. You would work alongside our tight-knit team from our office located in a luxury building in Nashville’s bustling Gulch. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Presently residing in Nashville, TN
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Demonstrated track record of success
Strong sense of urgency and adaptability
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Strong skills in Excel and quick learner of new software/systems
Strong communication skills in both written and oral form
History of working well independently and within teams
