You would work alongside our tight-knit team from our office in a luxury building in Nashville’s booming Gulch. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability

  • Maintain existing and facilitate new integrations to optimize tech stack functionality

  • Maintain integrity of all data entering Fielder systems (securities classifications/cost basis/etc.)

  • Monitor and improve process for reporting on private investments

  • Coordinate tax support for our clients (tracking/collecting/sharing tax documents with CPAs)

  • Conduct due diligence on prospective vendors that move our business forward

  • Support CCO in regulatory Compliance (testing/documentation/record keeping/etc.)

  • Establish and improve processes for ad-hoc client requests

  • Support Lead Advisors in delivering accurate, informative data to our clients

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Presently residing in Nashville, TN

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or other analytical field of study

  • Proficiency in basic finance (financial modeling, accounting, capital markets, etc.)

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success working in financial services

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

  • Strong skills in Excel and quick learner of new software/systems

  • Strong communication skills in both written and oral form

  • History of working well independently and within teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with an RIA or broker-dealer

  • Experience with Orion Advisor software

  • Experience in fund accounting, accounting, or financial valuation

  • Experience working in a Compliance function or assisting in fulfilling compliance related duties
