RESPONSIBILITIES

​

Assist with client service tasks including but not limited to new client onboarding, money movement/wire transfers, private fund subscription documents, and capital call funding.

 

Respond to client emails/calls/inquiries.

 

Maintain and organize client records in CRM

 

Assist with preparing agendas and presentations for client meetings 

 

Support other team members as needed
 

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

​

Presently residing in Nashville, TN

​

A bachelor’s degree 

​

Service-minded; enjoys working with and helping people

Experience working with third-party custodians (Fidelity and Schwab) preferred but not required

​

Strong communication skills in both written and oral form

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment

Flexible and adaptable; cool and calm under pressure

Strong sense of urgency and diligence in following up

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

History of working well independently and within teams

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
