Fielder Capital seeks a highly motivated client service professional to provide world class service to our growing client base. As a successful candidate, you will have a service mindset and a strong desire to help people. You must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. You would work alongside our tight-knit team from our office located in a new luxury building in Nashville’s bustling Gulch. If you excel in this role, you may have the opportunity to develop over time into a more senior role, such as a Financial Adviser.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
 

Prior experience in similar role preferred, but not required

​

Presently residing in Nashville, TN

 

A bachelor’s degree 

 

Service-minded; enjoys working with and helping people

 

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment

 

Flexible and adaptable; cool and calm under pressure

 

Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls/inquiries

​

Assist with new account paperwork and client onboarding

​

Maintain and organize client records in CRM

​

Support client service requests

​
