Client Service Associate


Fielder Capital, a fast-growing, fee-only wealth management firm, seeks a highly motivated client service professional to provide world class service to our growing client base. This is not a sales position. As a successful candidate, you will have a service mindset and a strong desire to help people. You must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. You would work alongside our tight-knit team from our office located in a new luxury building in Nashville’s bustling Gulch.   • Presently residing in Nashville, TN

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience. Direct industry experience is a definite plus.

  • Service-minded; enjoys working with and helping people

  • Independent and self-motivated

  • Flexible and adaptable; cool and calm under pressure

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment

  • Skilled problem solver; able to anticipate and plan steps necessary to accomplish tasks

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Manage new account paperwork and client onboarding

  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls/inquiries

  • Schedule client appointments

  • Help prepare client presentations for client meetings

  • Handle client meeting follow-up tasks as delegated

  • Maintain and organize client records in CRM

  • Handle client service issues as they arise

  • Manage client recognition (cards and gifts)

  • Plan and organize client events (live or digital)  

  • Maintain and update firm’s website

  • Basic office management tasks (ie: order office supplies)
